Products and live opening
The category, quantity, price, material information, and key fulfillment terms are displayed before checkout. The exact jewelry design is confirmed during an official CELORA live session hosted on an external social platform and recorded against the order. The website does not host the live stream.
Order and payment
Submitting an order and completing approval with a payment method shown at checkout creates a purchase request. The order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, pricing, compliance, or delivery restrictions prevent fulfillment.
Prices and currency
International prices are displayed and charged in US dollars. A customer's bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion and fees. Any import charges are governed by the shipping policy.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's country. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule applies to that extent.

Optional address assistance and saved addresses
Checkout uses Google Maps Platform for address suggestions and address validation. Address search text and delivery address fields are sent to Google for this purpose; names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details and order items are not sent by this address service. You may enter your address manually. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to these services.
After email verification, you may choose to save addresses in your CELORA account for future checkout. You can edit or remove them in My account. This does not change addresses already attached to orders.
