Payment method
International checkout is charged in US dollars. The payment methods actually available to a customer, including PayPal or card payment through Eximbay where offered, are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, device, and provider approval.
Payment security
Wallet and card credentials are handled on the secure interface of the selected payment provider. CELORA stores only the minimum transaction identifiers and status needed to match, fulfill, support, or refund an order.
Authorization and confirmation
The amount shown in the CELORA order summary is submitted to the selected payment provider. We mark an order as paid only after our server verifies a successful payment for the same order number, currency, and amount.
Duplicate or failed payment
Do not repeatedly approve payment if an error occurs. Check the order lookup page or contact support with the order number. Any confirmed duplicate payment will be investigated and refunded through the provider used for the order.
