Origin and destinations
Orders are inspected and dispatched from Hong Kong. The countries available in the checkout country list are the destinations we currently support.
Shipping charge
CELORA does not charge an outbound shipping fee on any order. Shipping is shown as Free in the cart and again before payment. Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, and destination-country charges are separate and may still apply.
Dispatch and delivery
We normally dispatch within 3–7 business days after payment and the official live opening and inspection are complete. Estimated international transit is usually 7–20 business days after dispatch, but customs, local carriers, public holidays, or remote destinations may take longer.

- If we cannot meet the stated dispatch period, we will contact you and offer the available options, including cancellation and refund where required.
Customs, VAT, and import charges
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, and other destination-country charges. These charges are not collected by CELORA and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delivery address
We ship only to the address submitted at checkout and confirmed during payment approval. Check the country, postal code, and full address before approving payment. Contact support immediately if you notice an error before dispatch.
